After you complete the FREE Property Analysis form, we’ll review your property, conduct a quick background check, analyse the current listing and marketing strategy, then arrange a viewing.

Agreement / Viewing

After assessing your property and agreeing to collaborate, we’ll provide a management contract outlining terms, fees, and any pre-approved work. We remain flexible and open to landlord suggestions.

Contract Signed / Onboarding

After signing the agreement, we begin onboarding by gathering property details, optimising for short-term lets, ensuring legal compliance, and launching marketing to secure bookings.

Marketing / Optimisation

Once onboarding is complete, we’ll continue to market your property across other OTAs and our direct platforms, including social media and email campaigns reaching over 2,000 guests. We will be redesigning and optimising your current listing to increase nightly rate and occupancy rate.
